application. Each application is designed to
print out on a page. Please submit one for
each runner and be sure to print neatly so that we
can enter you in the race.
Be
sure to follow the instructions for your event so
that it is returned to the right place and the
check is made out to the right group.
If
you are under 18 year of age we will need to have
your parent's signature on the application.
Without your parent's consent you will not be
allowed to run.
